We are remaking Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, one of the most beloved installments of the Metal Gear series, revealing the origin story of Snake, as Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater.
Currently, the development team are working together to create an environment where fans can experience and enjoy the Metal Gear series on the latest platforms. We thank you and sincerely appreciate your continuous support. It’s unclear how much of the original development team is involved with the remake, but the group did release an unsigned statement through the press release. Kojima has long since moved on to his own projects, bringing with him famed illustrator Yoji Shinkawa, whose art was instrumental in bringing Metal Gear Solid to life.
